4DIP Secure Account

First user signs up as Main Admin. Staff and any second admin accounts must then be created or authorised by the Main Admin.

Main Admin setup

The first user creates the Main Admin account inside 4DIP. After that, admin signup is locked unless the Main Admin creates another authorised admin.
